Porter did AMAZING!!! Everything was exactly as he explained- prompt, affordable, and great quality.

Porter always answers the phone, shows up when he says he will show up and provides quality work. He doesn’t charge per hour so you don’t have to worry about him dragging the job out. He uses quality materials like Delta as his first choice. You can request the faucet brand of your choice. I had a leak that I needed a quick response because of water damage and Porter delivered by showing up the next day! Porter is professional and knowledgeable. I would utilize his services again. His Dispatcher Izzy is a sweetheart. I like that Porter and Izzy utilizes Quick Books to show me all my charges displayed in an email and can change instantly if I choose to not use a credit card card to not pay the 3% credit card fee or add in charges for other problems I want repaired now. I had a squirrel or mice eat my PEX line so I highly recommend a rodent bait station in your crawl space and attic.

I highly recommend Porter Plumbing. Porter was friendly, professional and a great guy to talk too. I had two bathrooms done. New toilets put in with hand rails, a big tub taken out and new flooring in one bathroom where a leak messed the floor up. They did a beautiful job. Highly recommend Porter Plumbing! I contacted him late one afternoon and he was out here the next morning to take a look at what was going on. He sat down with us, explained everything, offered us a couple of different options on the projects we needed completed, and was extremely thorough and upfront. As soon as we gave him the green light to start setting up the first project, he went to work on making sure everything was lined up immediately. He communicated every step of the way and answered all of our questions. He and his team were punctual, friendly, and worked efficiently to complete the project in a timely manner. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process, especially with such a large project.

Porter was God sent! He came to check out my problem (water coming out of my kitchen floor) on the same day, found the leak quickly and fixed it the very next morning for a very affordable price (and he also fixed my jacuzzi while he was there, which i had not been able to use because i thought it was a bigger and more expensive problem). He is very honest, experienced, and knowledgeable; he went into my crawl space and was able to pinpoint where the leak was coming from. Not only that, he calmed my worries that were spiked by a big company contractor that had just told me i would have to spend $21,000 on fixing my problem. I went from crying that morning to being reassured that I DID NOT have rotting wood under my entire house and that I’d completely have to reframe the floor of my entire kitchen and encapsulate my crawlspace. I will be using Porter for any and all of my plumbing needs and recommend him to everyone who asks.

Porter Plumbing has saved my family twice so far this winter. Once for a broke pipe under my house and today from broken pipes to my kitchen sink & dishwasher & they installed a garbage disposal for us. They are fast, accurate, kind & a good value for the cost. I can't thank them enough!
